In 2015, my life came to a standstill when I experienced two unexplained seizures. Fear and uncertainty consumed me. With no known cause or cure, I withdrew from life, putting everything on hold. I stopped driving, exercising, or going anywhere alone. I spiraled into depression and anxiety, feeling completely disconnected—from myself, my purpose, and the life I once envisioned.

But on one of my daily walks, I heard something that changed everything: there are two choices in life—love or fear. In that moment, I realized that living in fear wasn’t keeping me safe—it was keeping me small. I wasn’t truly living. That’s when I decided to choose love.

This choice opened the door to my healing. I began exploring creativity as a way to reconnect with myself. Writing and abstract painting became my sanctuary, a way to process emotions and rediscover joy. I didn’t realize it at the time, but through these practices, I was awakening something much deeper: my soul. Creativity became my spiritual practice and my bridge back to purpose.

In 2018, I held my first solo art exhibition, sharing my story of transformation through the story of my paintings. Standing in that gallery, I understood that creativity had not only healed me—it had reconnected me to my truth and my calling.

I followed my heart, traveled to India on a retreat that solidified my commitment to releasing fear and fully stepping into my soul purpose. I trained as a Reiki Master, discovering intuitive gifts I never knew I had, and began living in alignment with my higher self. This transformation wasn’t easy—I let go of a 12-year relationship, and healed from a lot of people pleasing tendances and launched my soul - purpose business. But with every challenge, I grew stronger, more connected, and more aligned with my mission.
